– the classroom. The student told her she had plans to report her, and went to find a more senior member of staff to do so. The teacher then said ‘Now that we’ve finally gotten rid of that one!’ Things like this occur in the class frequently, and I feel like I’m observing a teacher behaving incredibly unprofessionally, bullying a student, targeting an individual. I do not believe the report I have mentioned was carried through, and so I feel as if I should do something. What would you recommend?

In response to your story, I would discuss your concerns with an administrator. The particular students being bullied should also come forward.
