That’s too bad. I hope you have had some positive experiences. I am only familiar with the state of education in America from documentaries, but it seems that there are too many conflicting ideas from administration, causing there to be too many issues. With these issues, stress is added, and teachers easily burn out without support. The only suggestion I could make would be to challenge your school district to fighting for the needs of kids.
