Hi ! I’m a student and I’ve met many professors and it’s always interesting to see how much they can be different ! I’ve been close to some teachers and I wonder if teachers can really feel love/affection for some students. I really like my French Teacher for example and I wonder if I can be a friend with him instead of a simple student. It’s my last year in my High school and I’m afraid to lose him. Thanks !

Teaching in Real Life

You can stay in touch every once in awhile for a couple of years after graduation, but friendship needs to wait.  Sometimes this is unfortunate, but it goes with the nature of the job.
