This is a complicated question… but what would you do if a student was stranded somewhere and had no way of getting home? Would you give them a ride or is that inappropriate?

I would do my best to contact the parents/guardians of the student, and wait with them until they could be picked up.  There are too many legalities in place that would inhibit me from driving them.
