Ask for help! You don’t need to recreate the wheel. There are tons of resources out there that are great to use; trying to make something new and unique each and every time will waste your energy and suck you dry. A lot of new teachers believe others will think less of them if they can’t do it on their own, but this is not true. Once you figure out how to best manage your time and your classes, you can create new things and make them your own.
