My Latin teacher gives lots of special attention to this one girl in my class, and everyone thinks it’s weird and creepy, even her. Should I talk to him about this?

You do whatever you feel you need to do.  The student who is getting the special attention and doesn’t enjoy it should definitely speak up, as she is experiencing it first hand.
