Hello! I want to be a high school spanish teacher, but I think I’m just going to get my undergrad in Spanish. Then I think I want to get a Masters in Foreign Language Education (Spanish), but do you think also getting a certificate to teach English as a Second Language would make me more marketable? Or less because they would have to pay me more for having a masters and an additional certificate? Thanks!

More qualifications can always assist you in getting and maintaining a job, as well as develop you professionally.  It sounds like you are not where I’m from, so you would have to look more specifically into your area to see exactly how hiring practices and salaries work.  Good luck!
