I’ve been there! All you can do is try your best. Keep working with your students; they are the ones who matter. Try to get to know them on a personal level. Even when I’ve had rough classes, I’ve talked to them about how I need to be evaluated and they understood and behaved decently when admin came in to watch. Do you have union support?
