What are your tips for students when trying to get good grades, from the perspective of a teacher?
Work hard.  Ask questions.  Use time wisely.  Be involved in class.  Be resourceful.  Follow instructions.  Don’t rush.  Be yourself.  Ask for help.

So I’m planning on getting an English degree and an arts degree, but I don’t want to be a teacher. So is there anything else I could be with those qualifications?
I don’t know.  Look it up?  Talk to your guidance counsellors about career planning.

Hey I’m going to school to become a teacher but I have Tourette’s and anxiety and I’ve been told that no one will take my seriously because oh the Tourette’s. do you have any advice?
I don’t think that should be a problem.  You should be up front with your staff and your students.  I think it will make students relate to you more, because they will see you are human and have challenges, just like they all do.  Good luck!

Do you know many teachers who have gotten licensed that way and if so, what was their experience like? Also, what do you think have been your greatest challenges as a teacher? What are the technologies like that you use on a daily basis (i.e. marking grades, etc)/were they easy to get used to? Thanks in advance for reading this!

Challenges are dealing with kids in the moment. Â Kids come to school with a lot of issues and it is difficult for them to drop those challenges at the door. Â Every day is different.
Google Apps for Education is very helpful.
