I have never met a teacher who hates a student. Have you talked to the Special Education department about your IEP? They are supposed to be your advocates for your particular needs. Your teachers may not just remember what is in it so they may need a reminder. You could try having a private conversation with your teachers or sending them an email.
Education major here. In many of my courses I have to complete practicums and eventually will have to student teach. What do you think about having college students in your classroom for these reasons? Do teachers like having us?
Of course! The teacher would say no if they didn’t want a student teacher in their classroom. I had my first student teacher this year and it was a learning experience for me too.

My gym “coach” has been insanely creepy ever since I got to this school. He stares at me and other girls and there are rumors that he’s groped a couple of girls. The school wont fire him but he makes me so incredibly uncomfortable and my counselors will not allow me to switch out of gym. Help??
Call the police. Seriously. This will make the school have to deal with it.

In highschool there was a first year teacher who was really enthusiastic and always had these cool projects that she wanted to do but no one was doing well in her class. I had to sit in the parent teacher conference where my mom told her the neighborhood was too poor to do these things. Wed love our child to do crafts in school but unless u can supply all the supplies its not happening. The explore ur city project is cool but we cant afford 2 cars or too take the day to drive them. It sucked
I agree. I always supply as much as I can for students because I am conscious of the socio-economics of the area.

Hi, I’m a high school freshman and need advice. If a teacher at school is making me very uncomfortable (making in inappropriate comments on my physical appearance, randomly touching me on my back/shoulder/waist, playing with my hair, etc) what do I do? Everyone in the school believes he’s a pervert. We have tried to tell the administration, but when confronted he excused himself by saying he’s “just a touchy person.” Do I just put up with it? I’m scared it will get worse.
Tell someone! It is inappropriate. If the school doesn’t do anything, call the police.
