They still start fights, but are like:
When I’m able to get an at-risk class to appreciate Shakespeare
When the holiday weekend is over and we have to go back to work
When we’re over halfway through the semester and students still call me “Teacher”
When I tell students to keep moving forward to achieve their dreams
When students ask me if I love them
When we leave work for a four day weekend
When a student tries to avoid me after skipping my class repeatedly
I’m like:
When students tell me why they should have a higher mark
When the government tries to find reasons to support their new education policies
When students don’t show up to class
