Have you asked your teacher for help privately? Explain how you’re feeling and that you wish for some extra help in order to be successful. If this doesn’t work, you can talk to a guidance counsellor or other close teacher for some advice. Good luck!

So my Biology 2 teacher doesn’t give us a study guide for our test and half the stuff on the test isn’t in the book and when we tell her she acts like we are lieing. I know being a teacher is hard sometimes but it gets kinda stressful when we ask for help and she doesn’t. Do you think she is being fair and do you have any advice?

I read through this blog when I’m angry at my teachers, to help me settle down. It’s easy to forget sometimes that you guys are real people with flaws and feelings, and not just evil homework assigning machines!
I tried to find a robot gif to go along with this, but to no avail. Yes, we are people too! We also like to hear your perspectives, so make sure you share with your teachers when you’re feeling stressed!

Use of cell phones in class – not so much annoying as disrespectful – not only to me and their classmates, but to their own education.

Ask your teachers for help. They can go over strategies and ideas to help you study and get your work done, especially since they know you. Good luck! Remember to relax and breathe – you’ll get through it, just keep working hard!
