This is for that English teacher who’s burning out/working all the time. I remember feeling very similar my first year of teaching. My roommate from teacher’s college & I were talking and she commented saying that she was reserving one day a week for just “me” time. She would go to the movies, watching TV, whatever. But it was FOR HER. Not school. It sort of woke something in me and I started to do the same. It helped a LOT. Give yourself some “ME” time.
