Tell your administrator and they could advise you on this.  You do not want to cause a problem or end up in the blue pages.  The student is acting inappropriately and it needs to be dealt with, and you can’t do it alone.

Please tell someone – I would say that there are teachers who definitely would believe you.  Guidance counsellors and administrators too, or even the police.

It is NOT appropriate, and not only do you need support, but that teacher needs to be removed.
