When it’s the day after the last day of the hectic four weeks of summer school
Happy to be done, but I should be marking, so my day is like:
When it’s the last day of summer school
While I’m driving to work:
While the students are writing their exams:
When all the students leave:
When I’m packing up to leave the school:
When I realize all of the marking I have to do:
While I’m marking:
When I finish marking:
When I enter all report cards and submit exams:
When it’s all over:
When I realize I have to wait a whole year to do it all over again:
