When a student tries to insult me

When I keep repeating instructions and the class still doesn’t listen
When I ask students to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses
When the government says their new policies really have students’ best interests in mind
When students over exaggerate their “drama” to get special treatment
I’m like:
When other teachers don’t understand why certain students act out
When one of the art teachers gets mad at me
When students can’t remember class routines or rules 8 months into the school year
