Recently I’ve been having anxiety attacks while in my math class. I don’t know why it’s happening in that class. I feel completely drained and sick afterwards. I don’t like going to that class anymore when I used to love it. Any advice?

Try to reflect individually on what you’re feeling before, during and after that class.  How specifically do you feel?  Try to pinpoint a cause.  Talk to your teacher that you’re feeling stressed about the class and would like some assistance to help you through it.
