Hi! I’m starting a long-term subbing position tomorrow and I’m absolutely terrified. One of my biggest weaknesses is classroom management- I’m petite and have trouble raising my voice- and while this is an elementary school position I was wondering if you have any advice for me? I’ve already been warned that this class has a lot of behavioral issues.
