I want to give a thank you card to one of my teachers that pretty much doesn’t know I exist. Is it okay if I can somehow give it to her anonymously ? My only intention is to make her feel appreciated.

How would your own teacher not know you exist?  I’m sure she does, sometimes classrooms are just busy places.  You could ask the office to put a thank you card in her mailbox.
