I was wondering, do teachers take joy in picking on the kids who don’t know the answer? Because apparently even if I don’t have my hand up and I’m making every effort not to be noticed the teacher still picks me to answer it. Wtf??

Maybe she’s encouraging you to still be involved and checking in with you to see if you understand the concepts?  If it bothers you, talk to her privately.
