Do teachers ship their students?

What Should I Do About a Teacher Who is Making a False Statement Due to a Misunderstanding? I’m in That Current Position and I Have No Idea What To Do. My School Only Has 9 Days Left and All, But I’m Worried About Getting Some Sort of ISS Or Detention Due to The Teacher’s Misunderstanding?
This message got lost in my cluttered inbox; I apologize for the late reply.
What would you do if you and a friend, or you and a family member, got into a misunderstanding? Would you talk with them to clarify the situation? The same goes with a teacher. Teachers are human beings, you know. Tell them your thoughts.

Do you have any advice for getting students that have social anxiety and panic attacks to do their presentations?
I apologize as this message got lost in my inbox; I just found it now as I was cleaning it up.
Just remember that everyone has to do presentations, not just you, and your teacher should be understanding of your concerns. If they are unaware, please speak to them so they can help you out too. While you will not have to complete presentations in the future on a book you read or this one historical event you researched, etc, presentations are meant to prepare you for any sort of public speaking you will need to do in the future. Most careers require you to speak to people, and presentations in a safe environment with teachers to help you can really help you prepare for that, rather than for the first time when your job is on the line in the future.
It’s all about preparation. Good luck.

i don’t know if this has ever happened to you but how do teachers react when they have students in their class that’ve known them before teaching?
It has not happened to me, but it has happened to a friend of mine. We taught high school to adults, so my friend was teaching a student she went to high school with before this student dropped out. It’s not that big of a deal. Boundaries should be maintained. If there is any issue with a student, the teacher can have a polite conversation with the student. If it is not resolved, changes can be made to schedules, but that is a last resort. Let’s move on and get to what’s important – the student learning what is needed.

Hi so I was wondering if I get a degree in something like some kind of science or English could I become a teacher without a degree in education? I’m not really sure how it works and I only have a year before college so I’m just wondering. Thank you
It depends where you are from and where you are teaching. Where I am from, a teacher requires at least two degrees; one is a 3 or 4 year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree; the second is a 1 year Bachelor of Education degree (however, new legislation is changing the 1 year BEd program to a 2 year program). You will have to research the requirements of where you’d like to teach in the future and the requirements of where you would like to go to school. Talking to a school guidance counsellor should help. Good luck!
